Chef Specials

Each day the 'chef's specials' introduce a choice with a complete difference to the standard menu. Anything from a pie with chicken mushroom and wine sauce topped with a puff pastry crust, or salted brisket of beef with red cabbage, creamy mash and caper sauce, to a simple beef burger or ham and tomato feuilletee can appear as one of the thirty or so different specialities of the day. We often include a soup of the day and occasionally a dessert alternative also.
